Retail Butcher Training
Developed in collaboration with the meat industry training authority in New Zealand, this activity based training resource was developed for on-the-job distance-mode delivery. Based on common case studies, the resource incorporated customer-focused retailing principles with the numeracy and safety principles underpinning the training of butchers.
