One of a suite of public service induction modules developed for the New Zealand government, the resource is designed to prepare new appointments to public services employment ranging from fisheries inspectors and firemen through employment services personnel to public administrators.
The broad sweep of the intended trainee audience from early school-leavers to university-trained post-graduates required engaging audio-visual resources in the hands of well-supported facilitators. The resulting blended presentation resources offered a training DVD and a Facilitator’s Guide providing train-the-trainer notes, supportive information and discussion focus materials.
